Bookings Essential

Peregrinations of a Citizen Botanist Exhibition features multiple cabinets of curiosities. Some of which have moving parts, that you’re encourage to touch.
The show charts the journey of the 18th Century French botanist Jacques-Julien Houtou de Labillardière, who came to Western Australia in 1792 on the ship Recherche, captained by Bruni d’Entrecasteaux. For all of those who love the D’Entrecasteaux National Park and have no idea where the name came from, this exhibition might offer a little insight.
This exhibition has been organised by the Manjimup Art Gallery with the regional tour coordinated by ART ON THE MOVE. It is being displayed at the town hall as it’s too large for the gallery.
The exhibition is open until the 8th March.
