Working with botanical dyes to produce works on both fabric and paper, Penny combines her lifetime obsession with plants, exploring their hidden potential. The interplay of temperature, PH, flora and fabric are not always totally predictable – but she finds the different possibilities and the sometimes unexpected results fascinating. ⁠
