Cancellation Policy
A surcharge will apply to one night bookings in accommodation.
A deposit is required on all bookings made for the high season period to secure the booking. Bookings are not confirmed until a deposit is paid. The deposit for all accommodation is 3 nights tariff and for all sites a deposit of $200 is required. High season includes mid December until end of January and Easter. Deposits are non-refundable or transferable unless 60 days (Big 4 policy) notice of cancellation or variation is received in writing. A $25 cancellation fee will be charged. Any cancellation within 60 days will result in the deposit being forfeited in full. Your booking is for a set time and once confirmed any change will result in liability for payment of the whole of the time booked unless you have cancelled in accordance with this policy. Please check your holiday dates carefully. Thank you. In addition there will be a $65 Albany Visitors Centre cancellation fee.
50% deposit required at time of booking. Full balance 30 days prior to arrival.
