Non arrival day of arrival full accommodation payment
* Non arrival or cancellation within 72 hours of arrival will incur a cancellation fee of one (1) nights accommodation;
* Cancellation with more 72 hours and less than seven (7) days of arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of one (1) nights accommodation
* more than seven (7) days notice of arrival - no cancellation fee
No refund given for reduction in days (length of stay) or guest numbers
No refund given once client commences stay (checks-in) under any circumstances
Cancellation Policy Terms & Conditions apply to all persons to make a reservation for accommodation at Cosy Corner Beach Cottages regardless of how the reservation was made by whom or through which agent
Other terms and conditions may apply. In addition there will be a $65 Albany Visitor Centre cancellation fee. 50% deposit required at time of booking. Full balance 30 days prior to arrival.
