Special Conditions: Transfers are not included; visitors need to make their own way to each attraction. This pass is ideal for self-drive itineraries. Refunds are not permitted if you choose not to visit each of the attractions. Passes are not transferable nor replaced if lost. *Free guided tours at the National Anzac Centre are subject to the availability of volunteer guides.

REFUND POLICY
Before arriving at any attraction I have to collect my pass from either Albany Visitor Centre or Walpole Visitor Centre
Tickets may not be exchanged refunded used by or transferred to another person. Once issued lost or stolen tickets are not replaceable.
Partial refunds will not be issued if a guest opts to not visit each attraction.
The National Anzac Centre Albany’s Historic Whaling Station and the Valley of the Giants Tree Top Walk reserve the right to refuse entry when guests are believed to be affected by alcohol or drugs for the safety of all guests. Full ticket fares will be forfeited under these circumstances and no refund will be provided.
