Welcome to Dunmoylen House Bed and Breakfast! Built circa 1889, Dunmoylen House is a delightful blend of old fashioned charm with the convenience of modern living. We offer luxuroiusly appointed rooms with a continental breakfast. Centrally located, Dunmoylen House is a short 5 to 10 minute walk to Albany’s historic city centre, which boasts vibrant café’s, restaurants and the exciting foreshore entertainment precinct. The ANZAC Centre is an easy 2 minute drive, or put your walking shoes on and follow the coastal path around to Middleton Beach and the Ellen Cove boardwalk (roughly a 10km return hike). Albany is surrounded by beautiful rugged coastline, hiking adventures in the Porongurup and Stirling Ranges, wineries, the historic whaling station and The Gap, to name but a few, making Dunmoylen House the perfect place to call home for a few days!
Description
Dunmoylen House offers 2 luxuriously appointed rooms, a separate guest lounge and dining room along with a handy kitchenette with tea and coffee making facilities. Each bedroom contains reverse cycle air conditioning, flat screen TV and DVD, free wireless internet connection and private ensuite bathroom.
Off street parking is available for your convenience along with a separate guest entrance.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: 48 hrs notice or 70% of booking may be charged.
If you have a confirmed reservation and you do not arrive we will consider that to be a No-Show and you forfeit the deposit paid. No Shows will be charged the full rate.
In addition there will be a $65 Albany Visitor Centre cancellation fee. 50% deposit required at time of booking. Full balance 30 days prior to arrival.
Terms and Conditions:
One-night stay incurs a $10 surcharge.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
No refunds for early check out.
