Description

Fully self contained studio apartment with all modern conveniences including satellite TV, coffee machine, dishwasher, fully equipped modern kitchen and en suite bathroom including washer and dryer. Free WiFi. Age friendly access with no steps from your under cover parking space right to the front door. Front door and en suite door are extra wide to accommodate mobility devices. In order to help protect the Walpole Wilderness, we advise there are strictly no pets allowed. Thank you.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of fourteen (14) days notice is required.
For long weekends public holidays and Christmas or if the stay falls over a long weekend a minimum of twenty one (21) days notice required.
Where this policy is not met a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the tariff will be charged.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival or after arrival date will be charged at 50% of the tariff for the duration booked.
An administration fee of $25 dollars will also be charged.
