Karri Views is a charming, modern and comfortable, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom holiday home with great facilities and lovely views through tall trees to the nearby Wilson Inlet. The abundant bird life in a peaceful location makes it feel like it is a million miles from anywhere but it's only 4km from town, 5km from Ocean Beach and a very short walk to the Bibbulmun Track. A beautiful and peaceful base from which you, friends and family can enjoy all that Denmark has to offer!
Description
Karri Views sleeps up to 7 Guests. There are 2 queen sized bedrooms, one upstairs and one down. As well as a bunk room downstairs with a double bunk and a single bunk above (suitable for kids). The home is fully self- contained, with linen supplied, a laundry and excellent kitchen and BBQ facilities. There is a wood fire, overhead fans and modern insulation for your comfort. Satellite TV is provided. Please note that the daily rate includes up to 4 guests. Above this there is an additional cost of $25 per guest per night applied.

MORE THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: Full refund LESS any fees levied by the booking agent (e.g. the Visitor Centres cancellation charge).
LESS THAN 30 DAYS BUT GREATER THAN 7 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: One nights tariff PLUS any fees levied by the booking agent (e.g. the Visitor Centres cancellation charge).
7 DAYS OR LESS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN: No refund.
NOTE: Additional costs may be incurred including but not limited to any breakage damage excess cleaning requirements or extra guests beyond those declared etc. to return the property to the standard provided on arrival.
