Overview

Pelicans at Denmark offers award winning, unique, self-catering accommodation in the beautiful town of Denmark. Our cottage and chalet are nestled between magnificent karris on the banks of the Wilson Inlet offering lovely water views in a tranquil bush setting.
Our romantic rustic cottage sleeps two people, has a cosy wood fire, spa bath, is on one level and has a QS bed, water views and a wraparound deck where you can relax with your favourite tipple.
Our modern chalet sleeps a maximum of four people, is two storey and has reverse cycle air-conditioning. Downstairs the chalet has two identical master bedrooms each with a KS bed, en-suite and a two person spa bath with water views. The upstairs living area has fabulous views of the Inlet with a large outdoor deck.
Each property has a full kitchen and a Weber Q bbq. We are located close to the Bibbulmun Track, Munda Biddi Trail, local wineries and Denmark shopping centre is a five minute drive from the property.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY:

IF THE CANCELLATION OCCURS 30 DAYS OR MORE FROM THE SCHEDULED ARRIVAL DATE A FULL REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID LESS $55.00 A CANCELLATION CHARGE TO THE OPERATOR AND A $55.00 ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGE TO THE BOOKING AGENT.

IF THE CANCELLATION OCCURS LESS THAN 30 DAYS BUT GREATER THAN 14 DAYS FROM THE SCHEDULED ARRIVAL DATE A FEE EQUAL TO ONE NIGHTS TARIFF WILL BE FORFEITED. LESS THAN 14 DAYS NO REFUND UNLESS THE PROPERTY IS RELET FOR THE ENTIRE PERIOD IN WHICH CASE A CANCELLATION FEE OF $55 WILL APPLY.
