Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions: A one night stay incurs a $30 surcharge that is added to the total cost.Cancellation Policy: A 50% deposit or the equivalent of the first night tariff is required when making the booking. The final balance is due 14 days prior to arrival.
More than 4 weeks notice full refund less $50 processing fee.
Less than 4 weeks notice sorry no refund unless alternative arrangements are possible.
In addition there will be a $65 Albany Visitor Centre cancellation fee. 50% deposit required at time of booking. Full balance 30 days prior to arrival.
